The delegation process of personnel takes place as follow:

• The customer expresses a need in resources and specifies the wanted competencies
• Mediane Internationale presents a selection of resumes to the customer
• The customer develops a short list, eventually talks on the phone with the applicants and takes a decision.
• Mediane Internationale works together with the customer for the drafting of a demand he will register by the administrative authorities of its country. The aim of this demand is to obtain a work permit for the whole time of the mission. Mediane Internationale has an experience concerning the drafting of such demands by the departmental labour and employment direction in France.
• After an average time of 3 weeks and in case of a positive answer in general, the applicant can begin his mission at any moment.
